Privacy Policy

What Sewlet uses, why it needs it, and how you can ask about your data.

Effective and last updated: 19 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-19

Who is responsible

VOLKOV VLADISLAV YURIEVICH, Individual Entrepreneur, 2 Nar-Dos Street, Kentron, Yerevan 0018, Armenia, is responsible for personal data processed to run Sewlet. Contact vladvolkov.work@gmail.com; registration 286.1617389, TIN 20435213.

Information you provide

We process account details such as name, email, a password hash where email sign-in is used, and identifiers supplied by Telegram or Google. We store your projects, measurement inputs and saved account state to provide and sync the workspace.

When you submit a garment photo, it is processed for recognition. Ordinary recognition requests do not save the original photo as a training contribution. If you separately choose to contribute a photo to improve recognition, that contribution and its confirmed labels are stored. This choice is optional and is separate from using the recognition feature.

We also process purchase references, access status, subscription events, support requests and the technical information needed for security and delivery. Sewlet does not collect or store your complete payment card details.

Why we use it

We use information to provide the account and features you request, synchronize saved work, deliver purchased access, answer support or refund requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We use the legal grounds applicable to each purpose, including performance of a contract, legal duties, legitimate security interests where applicable, and consent where required.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use a support request as permission to subscribe you to marketing. Optional marketing or model-improvement uses require their own choice where applicable.

Services involved

Our hosting and backup infrastructure stores account and project data. Telegram and Google provide their respective sign-in services. When enabled, Resend delivers account emails. Lemon Squeezy independently processes checkout, payment and tax information under its own privacy notice.

Recognition can run on our server. If an external recognition model is selected or the local model is unavailable, the submitted image may be sent to OpenAI to process that request. Your saved measurements are not needed to identify a garment from a photo. Avoid submitting photographs containing people or information that is not needed for the garment task.

These services may process information in countries different from yours, including outside Armenia. Where data protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, we must use the applicable safeguards and service agreements. You can contact us for information about a specific processing activity or provider.

Storage and security

We retain account and project information while your account is in use and as needed to provide your saved workspace. We keep purchase and support records for service, accounting, dispute and legal obligations. We do not promise instant deletion of copies held in backups; access to those copies is restricted and retention is reviewed when handling a deletion request.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Password-reset links are single use and valid for 30 minutes. Browser sessions are normally valid for up to 30 days and can be revoked. We use access controls and secure connections; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

If you request deletion of an optional image contribution, include the contribution reference if you have it so we can identify the record. We verify ownership before disclosing or deleting account data.

Cookies and local storage

Sewlet uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage for saved project state and app preferences. Sign-in providers may use their own cookies or storage as part of authentication. We do not currently include advertising analytics in the app. If optional tracking is introduced, we will explain it and provide choices required by applicable law.

Your choices and requests

You can correct account information and measurements in the app, sign out, or contact vladvolkov.work@gmail.com to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information, withdraw an optional consent, or raise a privacy concern. The Support page and your account also provide a way to submit and track a request. We respond within the period required by applicable law and may ask for information necessary to verify your identity.

You may also contact the data protection authority that applies to your situation, including the Personal Data Protection Agency of Armenia. If we specifically offer services to people in another market, additional rights under that market's applicable data protection law may apply.

Updates

We publish the date of this notice and update it when the way we operate changes. Where required, we will give additional notice or request consent before a new use of personal data.
