Who provides Sewlet

Sewlet is operated by VOLKOV VLADISLAV YURIEVICH, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Armenia, registration 286.1617389, tax number 20435213. Our contact address is 2 Nar-Dos Street, Kentron, Yerevan 0018, Armenia. Contact vladvolkov.work@gmail.com for service questions.

Your account

Use accurate account details and keep your sign-in methods secure. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use the service with the consent and supervision required by the law that applies to you. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Creating an account is free. Paid access starts only after a confirmed payment or a grant made by Sewlet. A payment confirmation screen alone does not grant access.

What you can buy

Pro Monthly costs USD 16 per month. Pro Annual costs USD 99 per year, charged in one annual payment, equivalent to USD 8.25 per month. Each period is paid in full and renews automatically until canceled. Both subscriptions include the same currently available Pro pattern tools, PDF exports and full published learning library.

Applicable taxes and the final total are shown by the payment provider before payment. We announce changes to recurring prices before they apply and allow you to cancel future renewal. Purchases do not guarantee that Sewlet will operate forever; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply if a paid service cannot be delivered.

Earlier purchases remain governed by the terms accepted at purchase. Removing an offer from sale does not cancel a valid purchase or its refund rights.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Payments will be sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record under its checkout terms. It handles the payment, receipts and applicable sales taxes. Account access is delivered by Sewlet. Checkout remains unavailable until the payment service is connected.

Manage a subscription through Access & billing or the link on your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the paid period. A cancellation is not automatically a refund. Our separate Refund Policy explains refunds and preserves mandatory consumer rights.

Pattern and content license

You may use Sewlet and downloaded patterns for your own personal sewing unless a specific pattern expressly offers a broader license. Do not sell, redistribute, publicly share or sublicense pattern files or learning materials. A purchase does not transfer copyright. Ask support if you need commercial permission or a license for a class or a team.

You retain the rights you hold in the photos, measurements and project information you provide. You give us permission to process that information to operate your account and the features you request. Only upload content you are entitled to use. Any optional contribution for improving recognition requires a separate choice.

Review before you cut

Pattern tools support the styles and inputs shown in the app. They are not an exact reconstruction service for every image. 3D views are BETA previews. Check measurements, material suitability, calibration and sewing instructions; test an unfamiliar fit in inexpensive fabric.

We block exports when our geometry checks fail. This does not replace your fitting and printing checks. We work to correct defects and provide the remedies required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Service changes and account closure

We may maintain or improve the service and suspend access that is used unlawfully, infringes rights or harms other users. We will consider the circumstances and any remedies owed for paid access. You may request account deletion through Support; deleting an account and canceling a subscription are separate actions, so we help you address both.

Armenian law governs this service agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in an applicable jurisdiction are not waived. Material changes to these terms will be published with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified in the app or by email.
